Tytan Construction removed and replaced a damaged storm drain pipe connected to the home's gutter system, which was improperly graded and causing stormwater to back up and overflow from the downspouts. To install the new pipe with the correct slope, we cut through concrete in the driveway and removed two sidewalk panels, ensuring proper placement and functionality. After installation, we re-poured the concrete, restoring the driveway and sidewalk to a clean, finished look while effectively directing rainwater to the city storm connection.
