Tytan Construction repaired a wet and damaged subfloor along with rotted subfloor joists, restoring the structural integrity of the space. The compromised materials were removed and replaced with new, durable subflooring. Additionally, we fixed the plumbing pipes to ensure a secure and leak-free system, preparing the area for the installation of new flooring.
